Nitin at The Arches 2003/07/04

Now this was a special gig.

We've been listening to Nitin Sawney on CD, and it has become a firm favourite with Ruth. We had to see the live gig.

This is difficult to music to describe, but it is essentially non-aggressive, chill type music. With an Indian flavour mixed with Spanish… and … Oh! Forget it!

The place was heaving, and Nitin himself got several ovations and encores — all well-deserved!

A brilliant night!
